Change to SIPP default bank accounts

As part of our ongoing commitment to our clients, Dentons regularly reviews its products and services to ensure our clients are treated fairly and that our products and services meet their needs and provide fair value.
In doing so, we have identified a new default SIPP bank account provider which can offer not only a more streamlined and enhanced service but also enhanced interest rates. In addition, transaction histories will be available to view on the secure online portal.
The new bank account provider is Barclays plc.
Barclays has over 300 years of expertise and knowledge and provides a range of services that we feel best meets the current and future needs of all our clients.
Confirmation is being sent to all Dentons’ SIPP clients outlining what is required from them to facilitate the switch.
Existing clients can rest assured that the process is streamlined and they will simply need to electronically sign a declaration. Dentons will do the rest. Clients have also been provided with our Q&A, which sets out the many reasons behind the switch.
New Dentons’ SIPP clients will have their new SIPP bank account opened very soon after the SIPP Application paperwork is processed by Dentons.
