To further support your due diligence process, we provide comprehensive due diligence documents for both our SIPP and SSAS products outlining the features and benefits of our products. Along with providing detailed information on our investment options, charges, and service standards, enabling you to make an informed decision.
We have been taking part in the Financial Adviser Service Awards (FASA) since 2012 and in 2024 won our twelfth 5-star award along with the Readers' Choice award for the first time.
We secured our second 'Best Full SIPP/SSAS Provider' as voted for by Paraplanners.
In December 2024, we were awarded a 'B' financial strength rating by AKG Financial Analytics Limited (AKG). AKG is an independent organisation which for over 30 years has assisted financial advisers with their understanding of a company’s operational financial strength.
Dentons SIPP and SSAS products are designed to provide clients with comprehensive investment flexibility from an extensive range of asset classes. We will consider any investment however, because of HMRC rules, there are some investments that we do not allow.
We would advise that clients seek financial advice before making any investment decisions. Although Dentons will not provide advice on the suitability of investments, we reserve the right to refuse to hold any proposed investment within your scheme.
Dentons’ senior management has an Investment Committee as a way of assessing, monitoring, and controlling sophisticated and unregulated investments. The Committee conducts an internal investigation to carry out due diligence and provide detailed investment reports.
This due diligence forms the basis of Dentons’ decision-making process for accepting or declining certain investments that can be held within Dentons SIPPs or SSASs. Should a proposed investment be judged to be unsuitable, we will always endeavour to give advisers and clients an explanation.
The Committee includes members of senior management, compliance and technical. It meets weekly and continually reviews its practices considering increasingly sophisticated investments and regulatory good practice.
We were one of the first providers to team with the DD|hub, a centralised solution for managing the due diligence process with a comprehensive library of due diligence questions.
Whatever your retirement needs, one of our experts will be happy to discuss how we can help you achieve your goals.
